Meet Our Management Staff

Our EEP Management staff is concentrated on providing excellent customer service and extensive therapy knowledge so we can consult with the EEP community. We have built this knowledge base from over 175 years in healthcare administration and over 110 years in therapy clinic administration. We are here to serve your clinic!

STEPHEN EDWARDS

OWNER | CEO

Stephen Edwards started Edwards Electronic Processing over 30 years ago with his wife, Roxanne. Prior to working at EEP, Stephen was in retail management for 10 years. His last position in retail was as District Manager with Phar-Mor Drugs. His district consisted of 14 stores with annual sales of over $120 million. Stephen has been managing EEP for over 25 years and has increased sales over 10% every year. He has worked hands-on in every department of the billing agency. This has given him an understanding of all aspects of billing, as well as the ability to consult with EEP’s clients on a real-world level. Stephen keeps the focus of EEP on customer service and accuracy. Stephen has lived in Orlando for over 40 years and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.

ROXANNE EDWARDS

OWNER | FOUNDER

Roxanne has worked with EEP since its inception in 1991. Her expertise lies in credentialing and understanding the business aspects of therapy practices. She specializes in Accounts Receivable and audit preparation. Her other strengths include: electronic and paper billing, developing client satisfaction strategies, and implementing scheduling and efficiency strategies. Prior to EEP, Roxanne worked for CNA insurance company in distributions and quality control. When Roxanne is not working, she enjoys baking, boating, and spending time with her family!

JESSIE SOLOGNIER

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jessie has worked in the medical field for 16 years – specializing in therapy billing for 14 of those years. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida in English. She has worked in all areas of health administration – billing, accounts receivable, reconciliation and benefits. She now works with EEP as the Chief of Operations – making sure EEP has implemented the practices for handling accounts accurately, efficiently and with the best results in mind. In her free time Jessie likes to read, listen to podcasts and spend time with her family.

CHRISTINE DAIGLER, CPC

MANAGER- Client Onboarding & Auditing

Chris Daigler, CPC, has worked for Edwards Electronic Processing since July 2013. She has an associate degree in medical assisting/Medical Office Administration & has been a Certified Professional Coder since 1995. Chris is currently the manager of Client Onboarding and Auditing. She has 30 years of experience in the medical billing and coding fields, with 10 of those at EEP. Prior to joining EEP, she worked in management roles overseeing the Billing/Coding departments for a hospital, multispecialty clinic, and private practice. In her spare time, Chris enjoys running, yoga, paddleboarding and spending time with her husband and dog.

A/R ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Kelly has worked for EEP Billing Agency since 2014 and has been in healthcare administration for over 20 years. Kelly specializes in claims resolution/appeals and reconciliation. She was born in Orlando, FL and loves to spend her free time at the beach with her family.

SUSIE AMES

BILLING ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Susie Ames joined the Edwards Electronic Processing family in 2015 after relocating from Miami to Orlando. She has over 17 years of experience in health administration that includes billing, coding, collections, and individual physician office management—with the last 8 years focused solely on therapy billing. Susie has a child with exceptional abilities, so she experiences pediatric therapy from both sides. She likes to spend her free time hanging out at home with her family and crafting all sorts of great things.

KATHY JOHNSON, CPC, CPB

SPECIALTY BILLING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Kathy Johnson, CPC, CPB, has worked in the healthcare field since 1986 and has been working at EEP since 2017. Kathy obtained her professional coder certificate in 2012 and professional biller certificate since 2020. Before joining EEP, she worked as a CNA with pediatrics and young adults. In 1997 she started with a large hospital system in Oregon handling surgery billing. After returning to Florida, she worked in a laboratory as a coder and biller before joining EEP. Outside of work Kathy enjoys crafts, gardening, and photography.

TONY EDWARDS

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Tony joined EEP after retiring from the corporate world supporting EEP’s Administrative and the HR functions. He brings 30 years of Operations and HR experience to assist in supporting and delivering on our client’s success and executing EEP’s growth plan. In his free time, you will find Tony in New Smyrna Beach, with his wife, Stephanie and two adult children, Zach and Katie or playing with his grandson, Milo.
